Global perspectives
Conversations cross borders, industries, and generations to make complex global questions feel personal.
About Globe Anew
Globe Anew is an interview podcast created and hosted by Michelle, who studies at Castilleja School. Each conversation explores how people find their path, confront difficult problems, and turn ideas into meaningful work.

The idea behind the show
Big subjects such as climate diplomacy, international policy, education, urban planning, technology, and purpose can feel distant from everyday life. Globe Anew makes those subjects approachable through the experiences of people working on them directly.
The goal is not to present guests as people who always had the answer. It is to understand the decisions, doubts, mistakes, and values that shaped their work—and to give listeners a clearer place to begin.
Conversations cross borders, industries, and generations to make complex global questions feel personal.
Guests share the uncertainty, tradeoffs, and practical work behind lives that can look simple from the outside.
Questions begin with a genuine desire to understand, without assuming the audience already knows the field.
